We want you to love your textiles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Initiating a Return
Simply use our member portal or contact us at concierge@loomandluxe.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
